Edward Weston Edward Weston
Director of Development

The Rev. Edward R. Weston is the Director of Development for Preacher's Aid Society and Benefit Fund. Ed retired in 2016 after 43 years of pastoring local churches. During his ministry, he was involved in numerous building and relocation projects, and conducted over 8 capital campaigns for his churches. Ed has an undergraduate degree in Business Administration; A Master's of Divinity; and a Master's of Business Administration. He has certification as a Professional Fund Raiser, as Major Gifts officer and Planned Giving. He and his wife Nancy live in Belleville and have 4 married children and eight grandchildren.

Rev. Keith Anderson
Executive Director

The Rev. Keith Anderson became Executive Director of PASBF in November of 2007 after serving local churches for 13 years. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics from Illinois State University; a Masters of Divinity from Duke Divinity School; a Certificate in Fundtraising Management from The Fund Raising School, Indiana University; and a Certificate of Financial Planning from DePaul University. He is currently a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™.

Keith has served on many different committees throughout the conference. He has served on the Council on Finance and Administration, the IGRC Board of Pensions and Health Benefits, Vermillion District Committee on Ministry, the Illinois State University Wesley Foundation Board of Directors, and the IGRC Board of Ordained Ministry. He served Chair of the ISU Wesley Foundation, IGRC Board of Pensions and Health Benefits, and IGRC Board of Ordained Ministry.

Currently, Keith is divorced and the father of 5 children: Kiersten (19 yrs old), Cara (17 yrs old), Adam (14 yrs old), Ethan (6 yrs old), and Eli (6 yrs old). He enjoys coaching and watching all of the kids play several different sports. Keith also enjoys umpiring softball, officiating basketball, and playing golf.
